Programme Highlights

• To provide an institutional and official framework to the initial planning group, the country's Ministry of Health passed an "Exempt" resolution creating the "Group for Strategic Tasks to Reduce the Stigma and Discrimination against Schizophrenia". The group is responsible for implementing the WPA program, and includes a representative from the Ministry of Health.
• Program information has been disseminated in the thirteen regions of Chile, and their twenty-seven Health Services.
